Australia Day 2002 celebrations will be held at Peace Park, Trevenar Street,
Ashbury. Parking will be
available at Canterbury Park Racecourse, with a free shuttle bus running
from the Racecourse to Peace Park.
Australia Day Ambassador
Mr King Fong,
Leader of Australia's Chinese community and Chinatown's PR
consultant, is Canterbury's Ambassador for the 2002
Australia Day celebrations on 26th January.
