Pseudo Echo, Village People
& Culture Club

Leisure and Tourism link was
there to see the retro concert of Pseudo Echo, Village People and Culture
Club at Sydney Entertainment Centre. It was a great retro event for all
ages. It was a step back in time for some, for the young it was a "way
it was" experience.
Culture club was the feature
band that played their well known songs as well as new material. The love
songs slowed the pace down and after the build up from Village People our
reporter almost "dozed" off. Culture Club's female back up singer
sang a duet with Boy George and did a good blues rendition. Her voice
radiated around the Centre. The Village People sang their old favourites and
were the highlight of the night for us especially the Disco Trash Medley.
Pseudo Echo were support but only played for a short 15 minutes.
